What is the difference between BYOK and Managed?

With BYOK you bring your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key and pay your AI provider for usage directly. With Managed, ₹1,000 of AI credit a month is included in one Synergon bill, and you choose Sarvam, DeepSeek, OpenAI or Anthropic models.

How much AI usage does Managed include?

₹1,000 of AI credit every month, spent at each model's provider list price with no markup. That is about 1,400 to 35,000 AI replies a month, depending on the model you choose. The same credit also covers campaign images and short videos. The rate card on this page shows the price per reply and per image for each model; short videos are charged at the video provider's list price per second.

What happens when the AI credit runs out?

You can top up at any time. Extra credit is charged at the model's list price plus 5.5% handling, plus GST. Voice minutes are billed separately and do not use AI credit.

Can my team take over a conversation?

Yes. Every plan includes handover to your team, so staff can step into a conversation from the shared inbox.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay yearly and save 10% on your plan: BYOK ₹21,588 a year, Managed ₹43,176 a year, plus GST. Voice minutes are billed monthly, from ₹6 per connected minute.

Are calls billed if nobody answers?

No. Voice is billed only for connected minutes, from ₹6 per minute.

How many users are included?

BYOK and Managed include 2 users. Each extra user is ₹500 a month plus GST. The free trial includes 1 user.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

There is no long-term contract. Start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the period. Yearly plans are refundable in full within 7 days of the first payment; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
