No Scraping: You may not use the Services to "scrape" data for the purpose of training competing AI models.

4. Service Level and Support (SLA)

We aim for a high level of availability (99.9% uptime for enterprise customers). However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

5. Intellectual Property

Synergon Intellectual Property: All rights to the Services, including software, branding, and AI models, remain with Synergon.
Customer Content: You retain ownership of the data you input. You grant Synergon a license to process this data solely for providing the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Synergon in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support or through your dashboard settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
