This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Synergon AI for the use of our software and platform services.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, Synergon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
Sublicense, lease, or rent the platform to any third party.
Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or branding from the Services.
Use the platform to build a competing product or service.
Exceed the usage limits (seats, API calls) defined in your subscription plan.

3. Multi-Tenant Architecture and Security

The Platform is provided via a multi-tenant cloud architecture. You acknowledge that:

Tenant Isolation: Your data is stored in isolated partitions to prevent unauthorized access by other users.
Platform Updates: We may update the software automatically to provide new features and security patches.
Availability: While we strive for constant uptime, software is provided "as is" with maintenance windows as needed.

4. API Usage and Integrations

Licenses for API access are subject to rate limits and security guidelines. Any misuse of the API that threatens platform stability may result in immediate suspension of the license.

5. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Platform (including but not limited to AI models, UI/UX design, and underlying code) shall remain the property of Synergon AI.

6. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
