Synergon AI, an Indian AI startup from Bengaluru

Synergon AI Private Limited builds AI agents that turn conversations into revenue. Our main product, Synergon Suite, answers a business's WhatsApp messages, website chats and phone calls in Indian languages, qualifies and books the customer, and runs the follow-up, invoices and campaigns from one CRM. We also make HisabAI, for personal and family finance.

Why we built it

Indian small and growing businesses sell over WhatsApp and the phone, in more than one language, often with a team of one or two. Leads wait for a reply, calls go unanswered, and the tools that could help come as five or ten separate subscriptions that do not talk to each other. Synergon puts them in one system, on one bill, with AI doing the first reply. Our rule: a conversation only counts once it's paid for.
