- You need a WhatsApp Business number connected through Meta, a message template Meta has approved, and a list of people who have agreed to hear from you. In Synergon AI you choose the audience from your CRM, pick the template, add an image if you like, and send or schedule it; replies come back to one inbox.
- Can I post to Instagram and Facebook from Synergon?
- Yes, in Beta. You can publish and schedule Instagram posts, carousels, Reels and Stories and Facebook Page posts from the same place as your WhatsApp campaigns, so you do not have to switch between apps. Comments on both come into Synergon, where you can reply, hide or delete them, and you can see each post's reach and the bookings and payments it led to.
- Can AI make the images and videos for my campaign?
- Yes. The Creative Engine (Beta) makes campaign images and short videos from a brief. On the Managed plan they are paid from the same monthly AI credit, at the providers' list prices shown on our pricing page.
- What are the rules for sending WhatsApp marketing messages?
- WhatsApp's business policy and Indian rules on unsolicited commercial messages expect you to have the person's opt-in before sending marketing messages, and WhatsApp requires message templates it has approved. Synergon checks consent before it sends and stops messaging anyone who replies STOP, but you remain responsible for having the consent. This is general information, not legal advice.
- What does a WhatsApp campaign cost?
- Campaigns are included in Synergon's plans, from ₹1,999 a month + GST. Meta's charges for WhatsApp marketing messages are separate from your plan.
